This honey is the fruit of different types of spring blooms. It is the only one of our honeys that comes from the eastern side of our farm, where the climate is dry and bees can pollinate different types of flowers. This variety in vegetation gives this honey soft, balanced and very delicate floral and herbaceous notes.
