Olivastra is the oldest Tuscan variety known to have existed. Nestled between our gardens we have around a hundred plants of Olivastra Seggianese, trees that testify over 200 years of agriculture and from which we obtain a more delicate and soft oil.
Lighter and more elegant style this oil has a lingering taste. Notes of almond, sage and field grass can be perceived.
