Fermentation takes place in used open tonneaux for 20 days. The wine ages in the same oak for around 18 months and then for 6 months in the bottle.
The colour is a deep ruby red with elegant purple shades. A very elegant and well defined nose, characterized by berries and eucalyptus. On the palate creamy tannins perfectly merge with a wide structure that reveals great minerality and a persistence aftertaste.
